THE PROFESSIONAL

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience

supporting justice-involved individuals through federal probation,

treatment courts, and community reentry programs. My work focuses on

cognitive restructuring, trauma-informed care, leadership development,

and practical strategies that reduce recidivism and support long-term

success.

THE NATIONAL SPEAKER

Will Smith, a native Chicagoan, founded Concepts Outside Ordinary Limits

LLC (C.O.O.L.) in 2023, an organization dedicated to empowering

individuals and organizations to achieve excellence in mental wellness and

leadership. With decades of experience working with diverse populations

in various venues, Smith has honed his energetic and passionate

therapeutic approach. He has been honored to serve as a keynote speaker

and workshop facilitator for numerous organizations, sharing his expertise

on topics such as coping with grief, first responder mental wellness, youth

empowerment, risk needs and recidivism, and coping with work stress,

among others. Smith’s mission is to help individuals and organizations

thrive in their mental and emotional well-being, fostering a culture of
